At Russell London Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.

1. Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are managed by our print-on-demand supplier. Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide photographic proof of the damage or defect.
• Misprinted Items: If your item has a printing error, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Photographic proof is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order.
• Incorrect Size: Please ensure you check the size guide before placing your order, as we do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team Click Here To Contact us  with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part,  print on demand supplier will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
